Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds

HYPE SHARKS LTD aims to provide high-quality IT consultancy services. However, we understand there may be instances where refunds are appropriate. The following refund terms apply:

  1. Services Delivered: Refunds will not be provided for services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the Customer unless explicitly agreed in writing.
  2. Prepaid Services: Refunds for prepaid services are available for unused portions of the service. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
  3. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Customized solutions or products developed specifically for the Customer.
    • Subscription fees for ongoing services after the commencement of the billing period.

Cancellations

Service Cancellation by the Customer

  1. Notice Period:
    • For one-time or project-based services: A minimum of 14 calendar days’ notice is required for cancellation.
    • For subscription services: Written notice must be provided at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
  2. Cancellation Fees:
    • A cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative and preparation costs incurred before cancellation.
    • The fee will be determined based on the stage of project completion or the scope of the canceled service.
  3. Partial Work Delivered: In cases where partial work has been delivered before cancellation, charges will be applied pro-rata based on the amount of work completed.

Service Cancellation by HYPE SHARKS LTD

The Company reserves the right to cancel a service agreement under the following circumstances:

  • The Customer breaches the agreed Terms of Service and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice.
  • External factors, such as legal or operational constraints, prevent service delivery.

In such cases, the Customer will be refunded for any prepaid services not delivered.

Refund Process

  1. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to refunds@hypesharks.com, including relevant details such as the service name, reason for the request, and supporting documentation.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
